Team-building with a difference

Companies & Social and Economic Committees (CE/CSE)

La Créole Cata organises team-building days, seminars and Social and Economic Committee (CE/CSE) outings on catamarans in Martinique, departing from the Pointe du Bout Marina in Les Trois-Îlets. We charter a 17.50-metre maxi-catamaran to accommodate up to 27 staff members.

Far from meeting rooms and run-of-the-mill activities, a day at sea creates a unique experience: no visible hierarchy, no screens, a shared environment and a common rhythm. This is often what people remember most about a seminar six months later.

An environment that breaks down barriers

On a 17.50-metre deck, teams naturally come together. Colleagues who never usually cross paths share the same sunbathing spot, the same swim, the same table. Departments mingle without any need for organisation.

Sailing adds a collective dimension: hoisting the sails, manoeuvring, watching the wind. Those who wish to can join in with the crew — no sailing experience is required, and no one is ever put in a difficult position.

The rest of the day belongs to the group: anchoring, swimming, snorkelling, or simply taking the time to talk to one another in a different way.
